Shipping policy

All orders ship from Los Angeles, California. Orders ship within 1 business day of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.

We ship within the United States by UPS, FedEx or USPS. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout.

Free local pickup: choose Local Pickup at checkout and collect your order at 376 South Los Angeles St, Suite B, Los Angeles, CA 90013. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours; we'll email you when your order is ready. Showroom hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm.

For freight, large multi-case orders, or shipping outside the United States, email sales@v5imports.net for a quote.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@v5imports.net or 213-625-7800, with photos.
