Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

To start a return, contact us with your order number before sending anything back: email sales@v5imports.net or call 213-625-7800. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@v5imports.net or 213-625-7800, with your order number and photos.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
